I like the Bitdender software and would hate to have to uninstall it and go to another vendor but it's essential that we have a working wireless printer.

I am able to verify that the printer is connected to my wireless home network and that it has internet connectivity by running utilities on the printer itself. Printer is a Lexmark Genesis S815 and had been coexisting perfectly with Bitdefender 2012 Until March 29/30 2012.
